Procedure for budget bill proposal
Formation submission
  • The Mayor
  • 40days before the beginning of the accounting period.
Preliminary review
  • nquiry, debate and deliberation by the standing
    committee
Comprehensive review
  • The majority attendance and the majority votes
    for approval.
Conclusion of passing
  • to be determined by 10days before general
    meeting and the beginning of accounting period,
    and to send to the Mayor.
Procedure for account settlement proposal
Formation submission
  • the Mayor(within 3months), Settlement inspection
    committee appointed by the council attaches a
    written opinion.
Preliminary review
  • Inquiry, debates and deliberation by standing
    committee.
Comprehensive review
  • Budget settlement special committee confirms
    proper and legitimate compliance of budget
    spending with the approval of the council.
Conclusion of passing
  • General meeting, receiving post censorship on
    incomes and expenditure during the accounting
    period.
